How long does my order take to arrive?

Typical delivery time from time of order is 7-10 working days-Your order is shipped globally using the DHL courier service

Can I get a sample to show my client ?

Samples are available at a cost of $120/£100/120 euros per pair including shipping featuring an embroidered design from our collection-whatever we have in stock, delivery lead time allow 3-5 days. 

If you require a custom made pre production sample featuring your embroidery design, The cost is $199/£174/199 euros per pair (non refundable) 

including shipping, delivery lead time, allow 7-10 calendar days from receipt of artwork

What happens if my shoes do not fit correctly, or I have another other issue that I am unhappy with?

Our business succeeds when we have satisfied customers – In the unlikely event your shoes need to be made half a size or a full size bigger or smaller to fit your foot perfectly –  or there is another defect that needs attention, LOGOLOAFER.COM undertakes to rectify or remake your order utilizing your existing design at no additional cost.

NB, If you need a new design you will need to place a new order

If your shoes have been worn then unfortunately we regret we are unable to accept your return request

The return process is as follows:

You should return the original order to Logoloafer at your cost

Once your order is returned to Logoloafer

Your order will be remade in the new size/ defects addressed and shipped globally to you in 7-10 working days free of charge.

I have different sized feet and extra wide foot can you still supply me?

Logoloafer’s are made to order so this is not an issue – please inform us of your custom shoe sizing requirements when you order

Can I return my order for a full refund if I do not like my chosen design?

Unfortunately because your shoes were hand made to your order,size and color we are unable to accept returns because we are unable to resell your order

 What is the best way to contact Customer services?

The fastest way is to send your request is via e mail to hello@logoloafer.com – please note for our overseas customers due to international time difference we may not be able to reply to you same day
